Hi All,
Just a short update today...
Our inventory has now arrived at our warehouse in Toronto. Outstanding orders are being prepared with haste and (hygienic) care for the final leg of their journey. If you are waiting on your order, you should expect to receive delivery sometime next week! Please keep an eye out for an email containing your tracking number.
One additional announcement: if you'd like to secure yourself additional KOY Gear shirts or socks, then you should know that we are still in pre-order mode, meaning there is a limited-time opportunity to SAVE 25%before prices go up. Also, now that we have inventory on-hand, you won't have to wait long for delivery (nothing like a Kickstarter campaign during a pandemic).

The Wait Is Almost Over... Inventory En Route

For those of you still waiting on your Kickstarter order or interested in ordering more gear - we have some good news for you today!
If you’ve been following our updates, you are aware that our large shipment of inventory was held up for two months by Canadian customs in Vancouver, BC, in light of this pandemic, delaying its arrival to our warehouse. Well, we're happy to share that the wait is almost over!
Our inventorywas released yesterday and is now in-transit to our Toronto warehouse. Once it arrives, we will be sending out any outstanding orders with haste and (hygienic) care. We will also provide individual tracking numbers by email once available.
If you’ve already received your shirts/socks and have been enjoying the sense of confidence that comes with quality and versatility, then why not stock up? We’re still in pre-order mode, meaning you’ll receive 25% off when you order now, with estimated delivery in May. Hurry before prices go up!

Updates on Order Delays - COVID-19 Impacts Continue

Hi Backers,
Oh, how things have changed in such a short period of time. We hope you’re all doing well and practicing good hygiene and social distancing (even though we’d all much rather be out exploring and connecting with one another). We’ve been enjoying the subtle peace that comes with being homebound while continuing to work away on all things KOY Gear.
Updates on Order Delays
We wanted to update those of you still waiting on an order or looking to place new orders for our t-shirts or socks about continued shipping delays. Our products (your orders), are already produced and are safe at the Vancouver, BC port where they’ve been held for over a month now. As we’ve mentioned, the initial delay was due to precautions being taken by customs to properly inspect goods being imported into Canada. With the coronavirus epidemic and social-distancing measures continuing to unfold, essential goods are being prioritized (I know, we also think KOY Gear should fall into that bucket).
We will provide updated delivery estimates once available but we hope and expect to get you your ‘life-enhancing’ gear at least in time for you to resume your everyday life - when you need the freedom to explore.
